Hatha Yoga is a more traditional approach to the system of practicing asanas (yoga poses). During a Hatha class you will learn how to hold yoga poses for longer, which allows you to explore precise alignment and understand how to work with your body as well as your mind.

With the yoga poses you will use breathing techniques (pranayama) as well as meditation with the purpose of increasing awareness, stability & relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels beginner to experienced.
