We create an encouraging space that cultivates both strength and flexibility for the body and the mind. A combined practice of physical movement, deepened breath awareness and meditation that inspires you to grow on and off the mat.
Yogahouse offers precise, strong & practical yoga classes, blending the traditional practice of yoga with the contemporary landscape of movement adding a deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics and physiology.
During class you will have the opportunity to connect to your practice and express yourself through alignment based movement and breath awareness.

Yogahouse encourages students to move their bodies more freely, deeply and mindfully. Creative sequencing in combination with thoughtful modifications will give you the opportunity to customize your practice. We truly believe that yoga is accessible to and inclusive for EveryBody, and offers a space where you can embrace your unique growth and individuality.
YogaHouse offers a broad variety of classes ranging from a vigorous vinyasa to a yin & restorative practice, for the beginner as well as for the more experienced yogi. EveryBody, regardless of age, size, gender or lifestyle can profit from and above all enjoy yoga.
All levels are welcome to experience the changing impact of a yoga practice and to create a deepened understanding of the yogic lifestyle with its many physical and mental benefits.
Personal experience
Angelique tried her first yoga class while recovering from neck and spine injuries caused by a car crash. It turned out to be an eye-opening experience.
Not only did it help to ease her injuries but she discovered something amazing: the manifestation of meditation through movement. During the nearly two decades of working in the corporate world quieting the mind had been somewhat of a challenge. But after the first savasana she was hooked, developing a consistent practice that inspired her to take her first yoga teacher training.
She is passionate about teaching a vigorous breath based vinyasa flow practice with attention for alignment. Her creative yet clear sequencing leads to fun classes where the body awareness can flow with a focus on balancing strength and mobility.
Recognizing the value of continued education she has participated in intensive Master Class workshops with Amy Ippoliti, Kathryn Budig, Joe Barnett, Adele Cheong, Erin Rose Vaughan. In 2019 she has started her YogaMedicine Training with Tiffany Cruikshank and successfully completed the Spine and Chinese Medicine modules.
